Colonial Marble Products Relocating to Chesterfield
Colonial Marble Products, Ltd., of Petersburg, will be the anchor tenant in a new manufacturing/warehouse facility being built by Yukon Associates, LLC in Chesterfield County on Port Walthall Drive. Colonial Marble Products will occupy 30,000 square feet and will relocate 15 employees. The estimated investment for the project is $4.8M.
