Chesterfield will coordinate public relations services for relocating or expanding companies including assistance with:

• Press releases
• Ground breaking ceremonies
• Ribbon cuttings
• Facility dedication ceremonies

Relocation Services

Company employees may utilize a variety of relocation services through the Chesterfield County Department of Economic Development and through local businesses.

• Hiring assistance, including advertising for hard to find employees and working with the Virginia Employment Commission
• Family orientation coordinated with area relocation firms
• Spouses' employment assistance coordinated with local personnel agencies
• Welcome receptions for company personnel with area's business community
• Coordination of relocation programs and packages through local real estate companies

Presentations and studies can be provided at existing company facilities and/or in Chesterfield County.  Selected local banks, retail and service firms will provide discounts and favorable consideration for relocating executives and employees.
